To thrive in this role, you need: * A formal engineering qualification. * A current driving licence without disqualification and a UK/EU Passport. * Previous administration, organisational, and multi-tasking skills. * Health Safety qualification or experience. * Excellent ICT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with an ability to adapt to bespoke in-house systems. You should have a proven track record: * Minimum of 3 years as a Process Cooling Service Engineer, specialising in breakdowns, fault finding, repair, and maintenance of process cooling systems. * Proficiency in on-site breakdowns, commissioning, and maintenance of process cooling systems in accordance with design specifications and industry standards. * Strong knowledge of process cooling systems, including refrigeration principles, electrical and mechanical components, and control systems. * Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot process cooling issues using appropriate tools and techniques. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Thorough understanding of pump data plates, valves, heat exchangers, free coolers, adiabatic coolers, and associated controls. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. * Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and reporting skills. * Willingness to travel extensively and work in various industrial settings. * Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in field service operations.
