Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans and individual needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and record residents #39; vital signs and medical information. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. Requirements: Valid Nursing qualification (RN or RGN) and registration with the NMC. Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
