As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting clients to provide vital information regarding missing documents or errors in their applications. Your role will involve retrieving additional documentation and assisting clients in amending their applications, such as addresses or phone numbers. With your excellent telephone skills and attention to detail, you will guide clients through the application process and provide exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong computer skills and the ability to accurately update and retrieve client information. Your cheerful and professional demeanour will be key in ensuring positive interactions with clients while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
