In the winter, these hours will be 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays. Key Responsibilities: * Ensuring all works are undertaken to agreed quality standards, within appropriate timescales/ priorities and in line with customer needs and expectations as well as the needs of the business. * Deliver excellent customer service through excellent communication with residents and all other stakeholders in accordance with Thirteen rsquo;s objectives and values. * Maintain a safe and clean working environment: leaving the site/property clean, tidy and free from obstructions in line with Waste Management procedures and Health Safety legislation. * Ability to organise own resources to achieve a standard of excellence, delivering high productivity for self, team and customers. * Participate in out of hours services and undertake overtime as and when required, in line with business need. * Signpost customers and stakeholders in relation to safeguarding, ASB, or other housing-related issues where possible, reporting identified issues to line management for further action where required. * Responsible for the appropriate use and condition of Company-provided assets (i.e. vehicles, PDAs, tools, equipment, PPE etc.) About You: * Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, verbally, electronically, and face to face * Effective use of IT and media as appropriate (incl. PDAs) * Experienced in the safe use of plant, equipment, PPE and can demonstrate the relevant appreciation of Health * NVQ Level 3 / Craft Certificate in Gas Fitting * Essential- Domestic: ACS, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, MET1 * Full UK driving licence essential Why Thirteen Group?
