Join a well-established estate and lettings agent as a property Administrator and Customer Services consultant. Based in their modern Hounslow office, with some field work required. THE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE: Arranging and negotiating tenancy renewals between Landlords and Tenants Organising and managing tenant referencing for all new tenants Organising tenant move-ins and move-outs Raising and reporting maintenance repairs Allocating engineers and managing through to completion Ensuring all properties are compliant Renewing any warranties Carrying out and sending out property inspection reports quarterly Answering general enquiries via telephone and email. Hours 9:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Remote working on Saturdays dealing with urgent issues only. KEY SKILLS EXPERIENCE: Previous administration and customer service experience - ideally within an estate or lettings agent Previous experience within an office Full UK driving licence and car essential Good planning and organisational skills Proactive and able to work well under pressure.
