HR Manager Liverpool GBP38,000 Monday - Friday My client based in Liverpool has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join their growing team. You must be level 7 trained and have experience working within the education industry. Duties and responsibilities will include: * Effectively apply and review HR policies and procedures across the Trust * Co-ordinate appropriate external legal or professional advice where required * Maintain a strong awareness of employees across the Trust and individual needs * Contribute to and uphold the Trust #39;s vision and ethos * Treat everyone within the Trust with respect and be available for staff * Be familiar with the Trust #39;s policies and procedures * Monitor and review the school #39;s HR policies and procedures * Demonstrate a commitment to CPD and training * In conjunction with Director of HR, develop and maintain the Trust #39;s HR strategy * Under direction of Director of HR, lead on recruitment across the Trust You will be liaising with the HR Team, Trust Central Services, Principals, other senior managers, teaching and support staff, relevant external agencies.
