We are currently looking for an experienced Fulltime Medical Administrator to work within our Primary Care Service in B16 Birmingham for the following: Position: Medical Administrator Location: Birmingham, B16 Duration: 3-month Locum Position (with the possibility of permanent) Hourly Rate: GBP14.80 per hour We are currently seeking five dedicated Medical Administrators to join our primary care service in Birmingham. This position offers a 3-month locum opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This position will be Monday-Friday 37.5 - 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: - Manage patient appointments and schedules efficiently. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. - Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff. - Handle administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and data entry. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols. Requirements: - Previous experience in healthcare administration is preferred. - Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
