Key Duties: General Office administration to support the finance team Answering any queries via calls/emails Data entry of purchase invoices Raising invoices Preparing quotes and costings Hours: Monday -Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm Friday #39;s 8:00am-4:00pm Holiday: 22 days holiday which increases up to 26 with service (Plus 8 bank holidays) Experience and skills needed: Previous Accounts admin experience Proficient in all Microsoft packages Strong written and verbal communication Ability to work to own initiative Full UK Driving licence Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
