The Cambian Group, part of the CareTech family of companies, is one of the largest providers of specialist Education and Care services for children and young people in the UK, delivering across Special Education Schools and Colleges, Residential Care Homes and a Therapeutic Fostering Service. And you rsquo;ll need to be able to build strong relationships with our applicants and hiring managers across the CareTech Group, your role will involve supporting the resourcing team, managing the administration of the Recruitment and Onboarding process for our roles and new starters. You will report to the Senior Resourcer for Clinical Services, working hand in hand with our Resourcing Business Partner and Resourcing Coordinator. We are passionate about providing a fantastic resourcing experience for all of our Hiring Managers and candidates, and we are looking for someone who shares our values of strong customer service, and seamless candidate journeys. What we are looking for; An understanding of in-house resourcing requirements and end-to-end recruitment Ability to work in a fast paced environment Proven administration experience ideally using an ATS Experience of setting up interviews Liaising with multiple team members as well as external candidates Excellent attention to detail and time management A flexible approach with a willingness to learn Our exciting recruitment plans will be challenging and intense but, with enthusiasm, creativity and a hands on approach, the reward and satisfaction will be second to none.
