Company ndash; Leading Access Control Specialist Job Title ndash; Head of Product and Marketing Location ndash; Poole, Dorset Salary - GBP85k - GBP90k per annum We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Product Management Marketing who will assume ownership of all product management marketing operations, leading the product steering committee. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and integrating all aspects of product strategy and marketing from the committees rsquo; decisions and output to assure alignment with the company #39;s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and efficiency, leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs to enhance product offerings and market presence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Included but are not limited to) * Strategic Oversight - Oversee the comprehensive product and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company #39;s business objectives. * Team Leadership - Manage and mentor the product and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance. * Content and Campaign Management - Lead the creation and execution of compelling marketing content and campaigns that effectively target prospective customers and articulate the value proposition. * Stakeholder Engagement - Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key vendors and customers, to enhance strategic partnerships and business opportunities. * Financial Management - Develop and manage the product marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum return on investment. * Market Analysis - Continuously analyse market trends and competitor strategies to inform product development and positioning. * Customer Conversion - Implement targeted strategies to convert prospects into loyal customers through effective marketing and communication tactics KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: * Expert Communication Skills - Exceptional ability in writing, editing, and public speaking. * Proven Experience - Extensive background in product marketing and development with demonstrated success in leadership roles. * Financial Acumen - Strong understanding of financial metrics including P L, margins, and ROI. * Market Insight - Deep knowledge of market trends, product lifecycle, and customer segmentation. * Strategic Thinking - Ability to develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies. * Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with data capture technologies, software solutions, and a strong foundation in software engineering or computer science is preferred. * Leadership - Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing diverse teams. * Bachelor rsquo;s degree (or equivalent) BENEFITS : * Annual allowance of 25 days per year (excluding public holidays) * Standard UK stakeholder pension * Private Healthcare (after 6 months service)
