Working hours 8.00-16.30 Monday-Thursday 8.00-15.30 Friday What You rsquo;ll Do: Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Working alongside other Maintenance Technicians to complete both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring resources are allocated to priority areas. Minimise Plant downtime. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of plant and adjacent areas. Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and repair mechanical faults swiftly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Collaborate: Work closely with the operations team to understand equipment needs and ensure seamless functionality. Innovate: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. What We rsquo;re Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a hands on Plant Maintenance role. Able to ARC/MMA welding 18th Edition Preferred (but not essential) Skills: Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical systems and equipment. Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems. Education: Degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Why Join Us?
