Job description Case Handler - Personal Injury Full Time Permanent This is a prime opportunity to join a new business venture with an experienced and passionate team, involved within the medico-legal sector. The team is in need of a case handler who has a keen eye for detail and who will provide outstanding customer service to our clients. This role offers a lot of freedom for personal and professional growth. Responsibilities: #xF0B7; Manage your own personal injury caseload #xF0B7; To recruit expert witnesses to add on to our ever-growing panel. #xF0B7; To liaise with stakeholders such as solicitors and medical experts as well as the claimants #xF0B7; Apply and obtain medical records from various GP surgeries and hospitals #xF0B7; To co-ordinate and manage the booking of appointments for the claimants #xF0B7; Review and analyse medico legal reports to ensure it is CPR compliant and fit for purpose #xF0B7; Scanning, filing and post duties #xF0B7; General office admin Personal requirements: #xF0B7; 1-2 years rsquo; experience in an administrator role #xF0B7; Experience on the phone is essential #xF0B7; Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential #xF0B7; Experience in data input #xF0B7; GDPR awareness and best practice #xF0B7; Professional phone and email manner #xF0B7; Experience with Proclaim is highly desired but not essential If this sounds like something you would be interested in please submit an up to date CV
