Pay and Benefits Basic Pay - GBP24,496 - GBP26,845 (Average earning including Secure Allowance GBP30,379 - GBP32,946) Hours - Average 37 hours per week. A mixture of early and late shifts. Contract - Permanent Responsibilities of the role Help to create a safe, stimulating and caring environment for young people. Build trusting relationships, understanding young people #39;s needs and interests. Provide primary care that is responsive to individual needs. Manage behaviour and develop strategies for longer term progress. Plan and organise activities to enhance young people #39;s experiences day to day and for special occasions.
