We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing contractor , who are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer based in the Exeter area. Our client is looking for a RLO to with within their social housing planned and reactive maintenance contracts in and around the Exeter area. Day to Day To liaise with social housing tenants daily Communicating work progress between client, contractor and resident Sending out email and letter correspondence Must have excellent communication skills Experience of dealing with complaints and trick situations Requirements (Skills Qualifications Experience in a customer service role Ideally some social housing maintenance knowledge Experienced in writing letters and composing emails Good communicator Must be computer literate using Microsoft office Driving licence desirable Benefits: Holiday entitlement Mileage claimable Holiday and pension contributions Please apply or contact Kirsty Rutlidge at Build Recruitment for further details.
