Production Technician (Shift Position), 6 Months contract, Harwell Oxfordshire, Salary: GBP26,800.00 - GBP43,200.00 pro rata per year Our client is expanding their team and seeking skilled Manufacturing Associates to join their innovative venture. The Role: As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production of mRNA vaccines. Responsibilities include, ensuring safety and compliance, performing routine manufacturing operations, and taking part in quality assurance activities. You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team committed to operational excellence and upholding strict cGMP compliance. What You #39;ll Do: Ensure safety and compliance with procedures and health regulations. Perform and document routine manufacturing operations. Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and digital tools. Engage in root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Support the team in achieving operational excellence and meeting KPIs. Act with Urgency: Embody the drive to save lives through rapid and effective vaccine production. What You #39;ll Need: 3+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment. A university degree with a specialisation in pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent. What You #39;ll Bring to the Table: Experience with filtration and chromatography, and cold chain management a plus. Experience in audit/inspection preparation, understanding Health authority and regulatory guidelines. Ability to collaborate fluidly with peers, leadership, and cross-functional support groups.
