Locum Outreach Work Position Available - Temporary part-time Hours At The Social Care Community Partnership (TSCCP), we pride ourselves on the relationships we have built with our clients, with the aim of supporting them with their needs in a timely and professional manner. Due to an increase in client demand TSCCP are looking to recruit experienced and dedicated Locum Outreach Worker. As an important part of the team, you will be expected to work both independently and alongside your colleagues to provide the highest level of care. Must have experience working as an Outreach Worker with Housing Support. You will be providing support and assistance to clients in accordance with their support plans and the service aims. Qualifications:- You need to have completed a qualification in Social Service and Health Care at level 6 (SCQF) or higher or HNC in Health and Social Care Hourly rate: GBP14.00, 4 days a week.
