As the Home Manager, you will: Take responsibility for the well-being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met. Lead, motivate and mentor your team, providing clinical guidance and training. Carry out assessments, develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident. Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with relevant standards, policies and legislation.
