We #39;re currently on the lookout for a EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plans) Administrator for our client, a school in Headingly. This is initially a temporary contract with a view to turning permanent for the right candidate. Who You Are: We #39;re looking for a candidate who #39;s great at administrative tasks and good with people. You #39;ll help with things like collating data for Education, Health, and Care Plans and pupil programme reviews, organising and taking notes at meetings. You #39;ll also support school leaders, making sure visitors feel welcome. Teamwork is important, as you #39;ll work with school leaders to achieve our vision. You #39;ll be flexible, helping with various tasks as needed. Plus, you #39;ll be a friendly face to promote the school to educators and professionals. Your Responsibilities: We are looking for an EHCP Administrator who is an excellent communicator and team worker who will: * Support the school #39;s strong safeguarding practices. * Collaborate within a team to provide top-notch EHCP administration services. * Be adaptable and assist in various tasks as needed. * Handle inquiries from both internal and external sources. * Maintain accurate records * Attend reviews and meetings, and assist with EHCP processes, including scheduling, typing, distribution of paperwork, liaising with authorities, and minute-taking. * Utilise IT applications and databases proficiently for administrative tasks. * Input and retrieve data using computerised systems. * Collect and prepare information from diverse sources. * Promote and support Equality and Diversity, as well as Health and Safety. * Undertake various administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, data input, front desk coverage, colleague support, and office supply maintenance.
