Contracts manager

Due to planned growth and ongoing success, this highly respected and leading specialist construction services Company have a new requirement to appoint a Contracts Manager. Candidates of particular interest will have experience of metalwork, ideally architectural metalwork, or cladding, decking, glass etc. Working on schemes from GBP1/4M to GBP10M, you will manage anything from 2-5 projects at one time, project size depending. You will have a wide influence from project management, project coordination, design, handover and final accounts with your clients. Most projects are new build apartment blocks, with the majority of these in London and surrounding areas, regular commutes to site are not required, only as and when required. Candidates will work from either their North Notts or South Yorkshire offices.
