Role Overview: Full time permanent position, working 42.5 hrs per week (plus overtime) To carry out all PPM and Reactive repairs, as necessary across the portfolio Liaise with the helpdesk in relation to work orders Responsible for a variety of minor installations and maintenance across multiple sites Complete relevant compliance paperwork and report diligently Work in a customer focused environment where quality and service is paramount Ensure every task is carried out to the highest standard of workmanship and safety Availability for out of hours call out, and occasional weekend work Working across projects, planned reactive maintenance teams Required skills Recognised Domestic and Commercial gas qualifications: Commercial: CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A ndash; catering and laundry desirable but not essential. Domestic: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 bull; RAMS PTW working knowledge and experience Any manufacturer training desirable Renewable energy desirable Person spec Experience in a dynamic and reactive maintenance role Full driving license DBS check Ability to work from plans but able to take initiative to lead self A customer focused attitude Flexible mindset for reactive tasks Possess a high degree of attention to detail Awareness of Health and Safety Highly customer focused Experience of working within a mobile workforce Experience dealing with customers and suppliers Proactive and enthusiastic team player Excellent communication skills Willingness to grow within a growing business Whats in it for you?
