Job Description: As a Qualified Primary Teacher in the UK, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment where young students can develop their skills and knowledge. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects in line with the national curriculum. Your role involves assessing pupil progress, managing classroom behavior, and working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child #39;s educational journey. Responsibilities * Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all pupils. * Develop and implement engaging and differentiated teaching strategies. * Assess and record pupils rsquo; progress and provide regular feedback to pupils, parents, and carers. * Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil participation and learning. * Implement and follow school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and health and safety. * Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor and support pupil progress. * Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. * Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other staff to support pupil learning. * Communicate effectively with parents and carers about pupils #39; progress and any concerns. * Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. * Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest educational practices and policies
