Location: Norwich, Norfolk Salary GBP30k-GBP35k+package Projects New build Healthcare projects EDMS Viewpoint for Projects The Company This Document Controller role is with one of the UK rsquo;s leading main contractors in the construction sector. They are a diverse organisation with activities in most sectors of the built environment. This role is within their Eastern division that undertakes a wide range of schemes in the private sectors including new build, healthcare, industrial, education and commercial buildings. Projects will vary in values from GBP5m ndash; GBP120m and this specific role is to work on a new build healthcare project in Norwich. The Person We are looking for a Document Controller who has ideally been working with a main contractor/developer who has experience working with Viewpoint 4 Projects or Dalux previously. Duties. * Maintain site registers of design reviews. * Create workflows. * Generate document numbers. * Quality checking all documentation and communication Issuing communication status. * Ad Hoc administration duties if needed. * Liaising with other teams. * Previous experience of viewpoint/4 projects is desired but not essential ideally QA experience.
