Role Overview: As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance department in various accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries and general ledger entries. Assist in month-end and year-end close processes. Support in the preparation of financial reports and analysis. Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.Requirements: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred but not essential. A degree or relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is advantageous. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
