Finishing foreman

O rsquo;Neill Brennan are currently recruiting a Finishing Manager for a commercial project in Haydock. The candiate must be able to supervise the finishing aspects of the project, snagging and organisie sub-contractors to carry out the works to a high standard. Role: Work alongside Site Manager Site Team. Responsible for ensuring that trades and subcontractors complete works to a high standard to completion. Prepare necessary snag lists. Delegating/Managing trades and sub-contractors. Maintaining and promoting Health Safety and environmental standards. Liaise with other department managers and other members of the construction team. Reporting to the Site Manager on Health Safety, site logistics, progression of work. Requirements: As a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Manager you will ideally come from a trade rsquo;s background and have a minimum 3 years experience carrying out a similar role. Possession of SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card qualifications. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational capabilities, with keen attention to detail. Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality projects within deadlines. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
