Sen teacher post 16

Timeplan are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Teacher for a long term Contract beginning in September at an exclusive Special needs school that specialises in POST 16+ student in the London Borough of Brent. Responsibilities The successful SEN Teacher (core subjects) will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents #39; evenings. This school needs a SEN Teacher who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment. The SEN Teacher chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students. Requirements: Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with a mathematics-related degree or relevant subject knowledge. A genuine passion for working with students with SEMH needs, and a commitment to their holistic development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students,parents, and colleagues. Resilience, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. A reflective and growth-oriented mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and improvement.
