Hygiene team leader evening shift

The role: We are looking for a Hygiene Section Leader/Team Leader to manage a section of the factory, reporting into the Hygiene Manager. Job Accountabilities * Health Safety: Lead by example by ensuring established standards of hygiene, quality and safety are met. Ensure that team members are wearing correct PPE. * Performance Management: Manage performance and attendance of the team including absence management, return to work procedures, disciplinaries, etc. * Quality Standards: Ensure shift audits are carried out daily; report deviations from acceptable standards during shift handovers. * Continuous Improvement: Ensure delivery of agreed KPIs within the area through the team. Identify resource requirements and escalate to Hygiene Managers. * Responsible for managing a team: Team communication, training, recruitment, coaching and online supervision, including RTWs. About You In this role, you will have line management of 20 Operatives therefore previous experience as a Line Leader or similar will be beneficial. You will have experience working in a factory/manufacturing environment in a Hygiene role. In return, we will give you all the training you need to hit the ground running.
