We #39;re seeking a seasoned Senior M E Quantity Surveyor to join our esteemed team and play a pivotal role in our projects. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, with a minimum of ten years in quantity surveying, particularly on projects ranging from GBP5m to GBP50m. Your background should include substantial experience as a principal contractor, coupled with a proven track record in budgeting, reporting, and developing BOQ rsquo;s and profit plans. In this role, you #39;ll be responsible for navigating complex contract obligations, engaging in high-stakes commercial meetings, and demonstrating adept negotiation skills with clients and subcontractors. Our company is a prominent player in the data centre sector, with a strong presence in London and expanding operations throughout the UK.
