Support worker full time

Young Parents Support Worker / Mon - Fri / 9am - 5pm / GBP15.49ph UMBRELLA - GBP13.83 PAYE / Oxford / Temp - Perm / 3 Month Temp to Perm Key responsibilities: * Promote independence, freedom and choice as a keyworker to residents, working with them to achieve their goals as they work towards independent living * Ensuring residents are safe and able to manage risks as necessary, which often you rsquo;ll need to do with the help of partner agencies * Responsible for health and safety checks within the building, as well as reporting and monitoring maintenance issues * Experience working with and supporting people aged 16-24 in vulnerable situations * Driving between sites in Oxford, Didcot and Witney support different groups of vulnerable young people and parents You will need an Enhanced DBS check and must a driving licence and your own vehicle
