Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring equipment longevity. Lead the health and safety strategy, fostering a safe work environment for your team. Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with overall business goals. Analyse maintenance data and provide actionable recommendations to senior management. Oversee a team of engineers (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic), ensuring they deliver maintenance activities on time, on budget, and to a high standard.What you #39;ll need to apply for the maintenance manager position. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop the team. Solid understanding of mechanical and hydraulic engineering principles.
