The ideal candidate will have previous care experience leading a care team to provide personalised care whilst meeting and exceeding resident rsquo;s expectations. Requirements for role:- * NVQ level 3 in Health Social Care is Essential for this role * At least 6 months experience of being a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential.
