Our client is looking for a Skilled Groundworker to carry out work in a hotel in Bex Hill On Sea. Own tools and transport are essential, Duties can include: levelling out grounds, general tidying up, pathways, top soiling, general groundworks and maintenance. CSCS preferred but not essential, have a good attitude and be reliable. 1 weeks work, Hotel is next to the train station, driving preferred, but must live local to Bex Hill On Sea. Essential Requirements: Full PPE Own tools Own Transport Good work ethic Good attitude Reliable Live local Good time keeping CSCS Card preferred Knowledge and Experience: Good experience with use of different tools 5+ years rsquo; experience as a groundworker and builder Groundworks Pathways CSCS cards Hard worker Reliable
