Administrator / fit-out / general contractor Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Great opportunity for an Administrator to join an established and growing Contractor in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire They specialise in commercial projects. These include: Office fit outs, Industrial builds, and warehouses Excellent atmosphere within the company, staff morale is high and the team are really friendly and approachable middot;PAYE Salary ndash; GBP23-25,000 per annum middot;Start date ASAP middot;Room for progression middot;Working Hours 8am to 5pm middot;Based in Head Office Milton Keynes Administrator Printing, scanning and photocopying documents Admin support to 3 departments ndash; M E, Projects and General office. This will include O M rsquo;s, meeting minutes, maintaining folders on the server and other ad-hoc jobs. Checking and ordering stationery PPE requirements online Dealing with incoming calls Ensure that all office systems and procedures are maintained efficiently and effectively Ensure incoming and outgoing mail is dealt with appropriately Ensure all meetings are booked and in each attendee rsquo;s diary. To attend the meetings as required, take minutes and issue out to all attendees. Co-ordinate meetings depending on the attendee rsquo;s required Produce documents for the team, as required Provide reception cover when required Administrator Requirements: Experience working as an Administrator Strong communication skills IT fluency. Ability to multi-task. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Construction / Administrator / Milton Keynes / Buckinghamshire
