The Role ndash; SEN Teacher I am actively recruiting for an experienced SEN Teacher to teach students across KS3 KS4 at an ASD school. The role will require you to teach across all subjects, delivering stimulating and engaging lessons to students that fit their ability. You will be required to teach students who have various SEN such as ASD, Complex Needs and challenging behaviour. The ideal SEN Teacher will need to have class-leading experience, teaching at Primary level in a SEN school as learners are low-ability and learn at a primary level. Each class will consist of 8-10 students and will have the support of 3-4 TA #39;s. Experience in an SEN school setting and good knowledge of the curriculum would be beneficial. SEN School ndash; SEN Teacher This thriving ASD school is located in Hillingdon, Uxbridge and caters for students aged between 4-19 years old with Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The school is very small and has around 210 students therefore, class sizes vary from 8-10 pupils along with 2 teaching assistants in class.
