With an exciting range of responsibilities, competitive salary, and impressive benefits, this role is not to be missed! #x1F4AB; Benefits: #x2728; Stunning offices in the heart of the City, with hybrid working options! #x2728; 26 days holiday + extra days for long-service! #x2728; Really exciting time to join a rapidly growing team and industry! #x2728; Regular social events and parties! #x2728; Free breakfasts daily and lots and lots more! #x1F60B; Duties: In this role, you will enjoy a blend of marketing and PA responsibilities, including: Marketing: Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will manage a regular programme of events, including top-tier journalist and stakeholder events, webinars, and dinners. #x1F37D; #xFE0F; Responsible for managing invite lists, tracking attendees, arranging catering, seating plans, sending calendar invites and reminder emails, and liaising with colleagues. #x1F4C5; Responsible for on-the-day support for set-up/pack-down, sometimes going off-site for event inspections. The Marketing Manager will support management of larger events. #x1F389; Administrational marketing tasks, such as processing invoices and rounding up attendees for awards nights. #x1F4A1; Provide cover for the Marketing Manager during periods of leave, including posting blogs/social media, couriering items, and processing invoices. #x1F4DD;PA: Providing dedicated PA support, including diary management, coordination of meetings, and travel and entertaining arrangements. #x2708; #xFE0F; Assisting in planning and arranging client events, supporting with document production and logistics. #x1F4CA; Liaising with EA #39;s and PA #39;s client teams to schedule or rearrange meetings. #x1F4BC; Requirements: Demonstrable experience as a Personal Assistant for multiple stakeholders. #x1F465; Experience in a fast-paced, corporate setting, ideally in a creative industry, with the ability to juggle multiple demands. #x1F680; Strong organisation, time management, and project management skills.
