Bralin Recruitment part of the Absolute Solutions Group are on a HUGE RECRUITMENT DRIVE for one of our biggest clients who are based in the heart of Winsford Industrial Estate. We are seeking individuals that are looking to join an expanding, popular company and start your career with a company that invest in their staff. Key Objectives Reporting to the Management Team you will be responsible for unloading/loading of deliveries in a safe and efficient manner. You will be required to move materials across the factory to the correct staging areas. You will also load/unload pallet racking, ensuring all documentation is recorded accurately. Responsibilities include: * Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations * Distribute stock to various locations around the factory and document. * Goods In - unload safely, check off, locate, and document accurately. * Goods Out - load safely, check off, locate, and document accurately. * Checking loads are secure. * Performing and recording daily equipment checks * Assisting with stock checks of all materials * Maintaining production area housekeeping * Minimise waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently. * Operating all equipment in a safe and efficient manner * Assist in stores when required and assist where required lifting items with the FLT. * always Maintaining a safe working environment The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks. Key Skills and Experience: * Essential ndash; Counterbalance/Reach Truck Licence * Experienced and competent in operating Counterbalance/Reach Truck Licence * Organised, proactive and self-motivated individual. * Ability to work to tight deadlines. * Ability to ensure production output target and quality is maintained. Salary GBP13.30 per hour Your hours of work will be 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch each day) with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday
