Role: Administrator Location: Saffron Walden, Essex Hours: Monday ndash; Friday 9am ndash; 5pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break each day) Salary: GBPNegotiable Depending on Experience Benefits: 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days after five years of service) plus bank holidays. Working within a team of 20, you will support the business with all things administration and office support. Who are we? What your position will involve: * Preparing engagement packs * Setting up new clients on the client database * Preparing accounts letters * Raising and sending out invoices * Updating and maintaining the client database * Dealing with incoming/ outgoing post, and incoming telephone calls * Meeting and greeting visitors * Scanning and filing * Providing general support to the Accounts team What we are looking for: * Minimum 3 years rsquo; experience working in an Administrative, PA or Secretarial role * Fluency in Microsoft Office package * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Experience of working in an Accountancy Practice ndash; desirable * Pleasant telephone manner and excellent communication skills * Ability to prioritise, manage workload and work well as part of a team, but also be proactive as an individual So, are you ready for your next job?
