Hydraulic fitter days

Bralin Recruitment part of the Absolute Solutions Group are on a HUGE RECRUITMENT DRIVE for one of our biggest clients who are based in the heart of Winsford Industrial Estate. Key Objectives Reporting to the management team you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of Hydraulic components and hose fitment. Candidates must have knowledge of hydraulic principles, an understanding of hydraulic circuit diagrams and have experience with fault finding. As well as having an installation background the candidate should also have general maintenance experience and be able to follow test procedures and processes. Responsibilities Include: * Installation and commissioning of Hydraulic components * Fault finding * Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations * Maintaining production area housekeeping * Minimise waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently * Maintaining a safe working environment at all times The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks. Key skills and experience This role is ideally suited to a hands on, organised, proactive and self-motivated individual. Suitable candidates will have: * Hands on manufacturing experience ideally in commercial vehicle bodywork or trailer manufacturing * Previous experience of hydraulic systems * Demonstrate skillset using various hand tools * Ability to read and work from drawings * Ability to ensure production target output and quality is maintained Dayshift - salary starting from GBP31,291.00 dependent on experience (GBP14.50ph), overtime available Nightshift ndash; starting from GBP33,827.00 dependent on experience (GBP16.68ph), overtime available Overtime Monday ndash; Friday paid at 1.25 x hourly rate Weekend overtime paid at 1.5 x hourly rate Working Hours: Your hours of work will be 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday ndash; Thursday and 7.30am ndash; 3.30pm on Fridays (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch each day). You will be expected on occasion to work later in the evening or weekends as business needs require
