Registered Children Home Manager Salary GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 per annum + Bonus! + Pay RISE + Excellent Benefits! Location: Shirley Hours: Full time Shifts: 9.00 am ndash; 5.00 pm MCH recruitment is recruiting for a children service ,we are looking for a Registered Children #39;s Home Manager. To run a state-of-the-art bedded residential children #39;s homes we will consider candidates with a background in working in the residential children #39;s setting for the past 5 years or more. Or are you a children #39;s Deputy Manager, Team Leader, Registered Children Home Manager Duties: * To be the Ofsted Registered Children Home Manager for the children #39;s home and act on behalf of the organisation to ensure that the home meets relevant requirements set out in legislation. * To provide effective leadership and management and to always remain professional. * Ensure the implementation of all designated areas of the child(rens) care plan by OFSTED standards, regulations, and the child rsquo;s LAC plans. * To ensure a high standard of consistent care and service by legislation, government guidance, regulations, and standards, and the policies and procedures of the registered provider are implemented. * Ensure a coordinated approach to services for children and young people. Registered Children Home Manager Requirements: * Must have 3 year experience of working in a supervisory role in children #39;s care. * Driving license preferred * Must have an NVQ Level 3 or Diploma Level 3 in childcare. * NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Leadership Management in Residential Children rsquo;s Services or be willing to obtain, our client will fully fund it.
