Here #39;s What You Can Expect To Be Doing As Our Warehouse Team Leader: Hours: 40.25 Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (rotational shift pattern Start/Finish time: (18:00pm ndash; 06:00am) You will: Monitor the quality of work that our operatives carry out and manage performance. Ensure products are handled correctly and in line with manual handling guidelines. Complete investigations and rectify any possible discrepancies. Take responsibility for administration duties, where needed. Provide support with HR functions such as disciplinary meeting fairly and consistently. Be responsible for the site rsquo;s cleanliness and maintenance. Keep track of your team rsquo;s performance and be able to offer upskilling opportunities.
