Head of housing

I #39;m currently looking for a Head Of Housing to join a Housing Association in the Southwest area. This is a permanent role, and you #39;ll be covering South Gloucestershire, Bristol, Bath, and other surrounding areas. The role is full time and is offering GBP54,000. You #39;ll be managing, training, and developing a team of patch-based team, delivering high quality, professional customer facing service. You #39;ll be acting as portfolio lead for one of three key housing management functions lettings, anti-social behaviour, and safeguarding. Head Of Housing responsibilities: Provides professional advice on Head Of Housing and related matters, so that key decisions are taken with full knowledge, and where risks are mitigated Provides strong operational management which will develop and embed a high-performance, customer-focussed culture Identifies and develops service improvements which provide value for money and a strong customer focus Works with the Neighbourhood Housing Lead to translate legislative requirements into operational delivery Ensures RBH policies and procedures are adhered to and monitored by effective quality assurance reviews What will the successful Head Of Housing need? CIH Level 3 or willingness to work towards it Qualified or proficient in English, Maths I.T Proven track record in Housing Management in Social Housing Experience in Anti-Social Behaviour Management, Income Management, Tenancy Management and Lettings Management Are you interested in this Housing Manager role?
