Administrator

Put your people skills to the test whilst working within a modern and friendly environment providing administration support on a full-time temporary basis! Looking to earn some extra money and to keep your administration skills fresh? Then this temporary role is just for you! In the Administration role you #39;ll be involved with: Covering reception, replying to emails / correspondence, and taking payments Typing up letters and printing on letter headed paper Meeting and greeting customers Arranging meetings / booking appointments To be considered for the Administration role you must have: Previous reception / administration experience Strong communication and administration skills Excellent IT, Typing and organisational skills A courteous, friendly, and professional manner This is a fulltime temporary role working 9am ndash; 5pm Monday ndash; Friday for 4 ndash; 5 weeks initially with an ASAP, based in the beautiful seaside town of Pwllheli in return, you will receive a rate of from GBP11.44 up to GBP11.79 (depending on skills and experience) p/h plus holiday pay.
