Working with small groups of children to reinforce learning concepts. Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance. Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management strategies. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.Requirements: Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for working with children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good organizational skills and a proactive approach to work. Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
