Maximise commercial opportunities and minimise risks by constantly reviewing performance and trends, reacting and adapting accordingly. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the design team to develop the best commercial range for our target market. It will be essential to maintain consistency with our brand and meet the needs of our customers. Managing supplier performances will also be a significant aspect, striving to improve quality and seize costing opportunities. As our ideal candidate, you possess a thorough technical knowledge of footwear and are always on top of emerging trends. Your imaginative thinking and ability to generate new ideas will set you apart. Excellent management and communication skills are vital, alongside the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including management, suppliers, technologists, and colleagues. Your negotiation skills will be put to use to secure mutually beneficial outcomes while maintaining the integrity of the brand.
