Sales Administrator Nr. Desford, Leicester, LE9 GBP11.79 Per Hour We a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to work for a friendly and supportive company based in Leicestershire, LE9. This company boasts over 25 years rsquo; experience delivering their services internationally and are leaders in their field. The role will involve overseeing the company inbox and managing the requests for quotations and information and forwarding any other email to the appropriate member of the team. You will track and meet required customer deadlines while ensuring the CRM system and project folders are updated and information is archived when required. Other duties involve processing sales orders, warranty documents, and oversee handover of the sales to the service and after sales teams, and collaborating with and assisting colleagues with sales, finance, production, logistics, service, and aftersales. You will be assisting with monthly sales reporting and forecasting and asked to contribute to sales and admin team meetings. We are looking for a capable administrator who is proactive, flexible, and solution-orientated and highly organised to prioritise workloads effectively. The successful candidate will be proficient using Microsoft packages. Experience of Sage 200 would be advantageous but not essential and this can be trained. The role is working Monday to Friday 09:00am ndash; 17:00pm (08:30am ndash; 16:30pm while training) Role Responsibilities: Overseeing the common inbox and distributing emails as required Tracking and meeting customer deadlines Managing quotation and information requests Updating the CRM system and project folders Archiving project specific information Processing sales orders warranty documents Oversee hand over of sales to service and after-sales teams About you: Experienced administrator Sales admin experience would be desirable Able to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines Be proficient in Microsoft packages.
