The school is seeking a passionate team player to take on this long-term role. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant / SEND TA will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children rsquo;s individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school. The position will involve working with students across all Key Stages with that have communication difficulties and have been diagnosis of Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviours. A proactive thinker with the ability to take control of situations confidently is necessary.
