Your responsibilities will include handling cost calculations, reviewing plans, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring competitive tenders. Key Responsibilities: Cost Calculations: Handle cost calculations for projects, considering labor, materials, and other expenses. Estimate Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for clients based on project requirements. Plan Review: Review architectural plans and engineering drawings to understand project scope and requirements. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing information for materials and services. Tender Submissions: Assist in compiling and submitting competitive tenders. Budget Management: Track construction expenses and ensure projects stay within budget. Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Qualifications and Experience: Experience: At least 5 years of experience in estimating for groundwork and RC frame projects.
