Assisting the classroom teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement personalised learning plans for students. Supporting students in accessing the curriculum and adapting teaching materials as required. Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teaching staff. Promoting positive behaviour and helping to maintain a safe and inclusive school environment.
