Role: Teaching Assistant Location: Mainstream Secondary School, Southwark Start Date: Immediate Duration: Full-time, Long-term (until the end of the academic year) Pay Range: GBP80.00 - GBP100.00 per day (dependent on experience) Requirements: Previous experience working with children or in educational settings. A valid DBS check on the update service. Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine desire to support the learning and development of our students. A can-do attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing school environment.Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant in our school, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting classroom teachers with lesson preparation and delivery. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may need additional help with their studies. Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in their day-to-day learning. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. Helping to maintain discipline and order within the classroom.
