Role: Teaching Assistant Start Date: Immediate Duration: Full-time, long-term (until the end of the academic year) Pay Range: GBP80.00 - GBP100.00 per day (dependent on experience) Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people. Possession of a valid DBS certificate registered on the update service. A genuine passion for supporting the educational development of students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students. Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.Responsibilities: Providing support to students in the classroom, assisting with tasks and activities as directed by the teacher. Working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional assistance. Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Assisting with the preparation and organisation of classroom materials and resources. Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities as required. Collaborating with teachers to assess student progress and development. Promoting positive behaviour and engagement among students.
