You will be implementing approved development and diversification projects on-site through the administration of construction contracts and development agreements. The position involves managing the delivery team, addressing post-construction defects, and mentoring the Programme Delivery team to deliver high-quality housing that meets evolving customer demands. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional with a background in housing, construction, or project management, who thrives in a dynamic environment.
